My sister wanted a baby elephant she said dandelions were her favorite flower because they were the first food for the honey bees each year. My sister died of cancer a year ago. I got this tattoo today in her honor.

I lost my big sister to suicide. She wasn’t a druggy or an alcoholic or a whore . She had a mental illness. She was beautiful her soul was selfless and she would have done anything for anyone and only asked for love and acceptance in return. She is pain and demon free now flying high with the angels.

It’s yoga day. There is not a better way to end a Monday than with a fabulous yoga class full of meditation, chants, and some good stretches. Now if I could only do a backbend 😀😀💕
