I’ve been grieving a lot recently and it hurts but honestly I think I’d rather suffer that pain forever than die. Like a lot of people say that immortality isn’t something that anyone would REALLY want because like, they would lose everyone. While I am absolutely horrified of losing the people I love, I don’t want to lose myself either. I mean things keep changing and growing and breaking down and growing and changing again. Things are always the same and always different and that’s so weird. Like what do you mean one day at any particular time (sooner or later) I’ll just stop existing? How does that not terrify people? Do other people just pretend to not be scared to make the people around them more comfortable? I don’t want to not exist just like I don’t want the people I love to have stopped existing. I miss them.
