So Much for a sociopath

Hey self. Been so long... been too long I guess. By this time I already graduated college, passed the board exam, and got a job. Everything should be A-okay by this time - my past self would have thought. I imagined this time that I'd be self sufficient, having my own apartment somewhere in a big city, having a set of friends that I'd hang out with every evening I come home from work, be someone important in a company, or maybe mastering my craft and most of all... being with the girl of my dreams. The last part though... The last part (sigh) is as a shit ton of bullshitry as the last episode of HIMYM. You won't be able to fathom how that came to be. I mean... I planned my life, all up to that point where I'd be somewhere in cebu, just gotten the news that I passed the board, and I tell her the news and she'd be excited and I'll tell her that I'll come over after a few days and we'll be riding to the sunset on a white horse. Hopeless romanticly lovely as it is, it all just sound like sappy, poorly written, love story to me. (To be continued)
