Unexpectedly, I’m back and doing more reading and coffee drinking than ever! It’s been a while since I posted on here, the final couple terms of my undergraduate moved away from the traditional studying format. But I have somehow found myself starting a Masters, so the cafe and study session energy has returned in full force.

A wonderful weekend of sunshine and reading. I just love the smell of the summer air, the ocean breeze, the sun on my skin. I feel young and carefree on these beautiful summer weekends.

12 february. homesick.

a colorful, caffeinated, calm fall weekend spent in the company of research papers and friends 😌 🍂

Some matching mugs, Versailles at night, never skipping a day of yoga, and planning out a Normandy cycling trip for the end of the month. It finally feels like the better days I have been waiting for :-)

why do they make everything due at the same time?

spending afternoons with my cats, learning a thing or two from them like taking particular care to inspect even the small things, and never taking the sun for granted when it shows up, making sure to soak up the warmth 🌞

some of my plans for the next two weeks include planning/drafting a new journal article, edit and submit two other ones and get some reading done (thinking about the lit review…..).
