its important to tune into your body and learb what your physical indicators are like when it comes to mood, because it can helps so so much with understanding and coping with it.

You can also have one totally without the other, AND physical symptoms can change over time. A few years after my coping mechanisms catch up with one set of physical symptoms, new ones often crop up. I did not know this could happen going into this diagnosis, but it can.
