Trey Reed was lynched
And nobody is lowering the flags at half mast for him or saying how political violence doesn’t have a place in America. America is showing its true colors again and it’s sickening. Black people have been telling you the whole time that America is a violent white supremacy. The fact that there’s “no foul play” and “it’s a suicide” is a disgusting way to cover up what truly happened. It was a fucking lynching in Mississippi. Black men don’t just break their limbs to hang themselves from a tree.
I feel horrible for Reed’s family and hope the lyncher is brought to justice. His family is suffering enough. Denying that it was a lynching is violence. They already are in enough pain. The last thing they need is to be gaslit over and over by mainstream media
