Ingredients

+ A Crap ton of Eggs

+ Bell Peppers

+ Chopped Tomato 

+ Chopped Strip of bacon 

+Shredded Cheese

+ Any other trimmings you want to throw 

+ A baking Tin 

Baking: 30 minutes at 350 degrees 

Directions

Crack your eggs into a mixing bowl or large measuring cup. Whisk eggs as if you are making scrambled eggs and add your bell peppers, tomatoes, and other trimmings. If you’re adding bacon to your Frittata then make sure to cook 

Helpful Tip-When making this Frittata, I only had one piece of thick cut bacon so to ensure the bacon flavor is apparent in this egg pie I made sure to pour the bacon grease into the scrambled egg mixture 

When your bacon is cooked, pour the chopped pieces into the egg mixture. During this time, preheat the oven to 350. Now, that the egg mixture is complete, grease your baking pan, I used butter but oil or baking spray will work just as well. Pour your egg mixture into the baking pan. 

When the oven is ready, place the baking pan with the egg mixture in the oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes of baking, egg mixture should have risen. Allow  Frittata to cool and enjoy. 

Over the weekend, Scandal star, Kerry Washington posted a visual announcement for the final season of Scandal. The political drama has had a 6 season run and while myself and other Shondaland enthusiasts would love  to see the Miss Pope stomp the white House corridors for as long as their sister program Greys (pushing 14 seasons this fall). Wish as we may, the season 6 finale solidified that our time with the DC fixer was coming to a close. Will Thursdays nights ever be the same?

Olivia herself, slyly reinstated the B-613 promoting herself as head of the lethal organization. She is now Command and White House Chief-of-Staff, AKA, the most powerful person in the world.  At the season 6 closer it seems Olivia is determined to quench her thirst for power (fueled by Papa Pope) but where is the seeker of justice, the gladiator we saw back in season one? Has Olivia tossed her white hat by the wayside?

Not quite. In the Instagram promo. Olivia is sitting on her beloved park bench with her fashionable handbag sitting on her left and on her right, the notable white hat. A subtle hint from Shondaland writers that Olivia’s desire to do good, to not be her parents will be challenged in the upcoming season along with the effect of her exit from OPA. It is most certain we will see an internal struggle from Olivia--Gladiators are your ready?

Hey, you there! I hope you grabbed some tissues because the waterworks are flowing. Recently, I came across an article by Adweek contributing writer Tim Nudd discussing Taco Bell’s commercial mocking the  popularity of sad, tear-jerker advertisements or ‘Sadvertisments.’  I have also noticed the prevalence of sadvertising from a wide range of brands like Zillow, Sandy Hook Promise and Honey Maid who push forward their messaging by pulling on one heart string at a time. The use of emotion is a smart communication strategy as it encourages engagement and elicits a response (cue tears).

Zillow, the real-estate search engine released a touching commercial spot titled, Stars. The commercial follows a recently widowed father and his son on a search for their new home. It is through Zillow, that a house is found that not only has the right number of beds and baths but also contains a skylight for the son to gaze at his mother’s star before he goes to sleep. 

The impact of this ad is due to the emphasis of on how the product helps people and not necessarily on selling of the product. The cool thing about commercials of this kind is the viewer can easily see how the product or service fits into everyday life. A perfect example of this is Angel Soft Just Dad Advertisement. 

In Just Dad we see all the possible uses for Angel Soft toilet paper, minus obvious. Whether it is drying up tears of a heartbroken daughter or helping to heal a wound, Angel Soft know raising a raising a child requires softness and when you’re a single parent, strength.
