Hard limits :
Minimum 6 hours of sleep ( elite )
Eating whole foods
Daily Movement ( let the endorphins flow)
No zero days ( study a little bit every day )
Guilt free breaks ( still learning to do this, learning not to be too hard on myself )
Yes ! It's that easy ( along with lots of breakdowns and crying )
