Purple Eyes

Today was kind of a funky day went back to work I’m exited but also tiring. I’m let him go and he comes back to talk to me, why do I always fall. Siempre caigo en contestarle inmediatamente. Necesito dejar de hacer eso pero no se cómo. Por más que intento alejarme regresa como ola en el mar que me avienta mar adentro sin control.

Today was a day to remind me that panic attacks are there like an old fried. The one that you know is there and comes to visit on a day that you did not clean your house. I conquer the fear of having a panic attack, but is overwhelming and tiring whenever it happens.

Today I put on hold my social media profiles like Facebook, Instagram and the one that is hurting is TikTok. I need to stop getting distracted and pay atention to my feelings, to get to know what I need and where I am. Sometimes we lose track of time and just numb the pain fooling our self’s we are happy, however are we really HAPPY. I new to pursue what I really love and makes me feel complete. I don’t know yet hopefully with this journey I figure out or at least I can find the thinks that don’t add to my life anymore.

Creo que todos tenemos metas, objetivos o propósitos para cumplir en cada Año Nuevo. Honestamente no soy la excepción. Saben ese momento donde te da pena “quejarte” o exponer tus problemas a tus familiares o amigos porque en perspectiva sus problemas son mayores a los tuyos. Y simplemente decides callar y vivir en silencio tu dolor, tristeza o confunsion. Por esa razón he decidido escribir aquí cada día por el 2021. Un escape mental que se que lo plasmó en un lugar en físico que en algún momento yo pueda regresar a leer. Tengo miedo a quedarme sola. Por primera vez me da terror no se si es la edad o lo que ocurre en el mundo. Quiero dedicarme tiempo a mi, ser egoísta y pensar primero en mi. Mi compromiso para este 2021 es mi salud mental, física, energética, espiritual y simplemente conocer quien es Alejandra y que ella vale lo que les dice a los demás que valen. Este año quiero dejar las espectativas a un lado para las personas. Los que quiera llegar a mi vida bienvenidos por el tiempo que tenga que estar, los que se vayan gracias por el tiempo compartido y las enseñanzas aprendidas. Quiero ser libre y feliz por primera vez en mi vida en los 32 años de existencia en el planeta tierra.
