After shooting Evans, Torsney made no effort to check on the boy’s condition but instead walked to his patrol car, got in, removed the spent cartridge from his weapon, and calmly replaced it with another bullet. Torsney’s partner, Officer Matthew Williams, who was already in the vehicle when Torsney shot Evans, asked, “What did you do?” Torsney responded, “I don’t know, Matty. What did I do?”

No arrests were made.

This is Terence Crutcher.
On September 16, 2016, his car broke down in the middle of the road. 911 received a couple calls that a car that looked abandoned in the middle of the street blocking traffic. 
Officers arrived and talked to Crutcher, he apparently kept reaching into his pockets and wouldn’t show his hands. He then reached into his car and officer Turnbough tased Crutcher, and officer Shelby shot him. 
No weapon was found in the car or on Terence’s body. 
and no charges were made.

This is Clifford Glover. 
At 5 a.m. on April 28, 1973, 10-year-old Clifford Glover and his step father were stopped by 2 undercover police, Thomas Shea, and his partner Walter Scott. The two officers believed the boy and his stepfather were guilty of robbery. 
Glover and his stepfather were afraid of the two officers and ran from them, believing they themselves were about to be robbed. 
Shea testified that he drew fire on the boy who appeared to have a weapon. Glover was hit by at least two bullets. When Glover was hit, the officers claimed his father took the alleged weapon from him. However no weapon was ever recovered. 
Thomas Shea was acquitted of the charges. 
He shot and killed a 10 year old boy and was set free.

This is John Crawford III. On August 5, 2014, John was shopping at Walmart when he picked up an unpackaged BB/Pellet Air Rifle, and then continued shopping with it in his hand. Another customer at Walmart called 911 claiming that Crawford had been pointing the gun at fellow customers. Security footage showed that John Crawford did not aim the gun at anyone. According to Officer Williams and the other officer involved, David Darkow, Crawford did not respond to verbal commands to drop the BB gun and lie on the ground, and eventually began to move as if trying to escape. Believing the BB gun was a real firearm, one of the officers fired two shots into Crawford’s torso and arm. He died of his injuries shortly afterwards. However, The shooting was captured by the store’s security video cameras, which showed that Crawford was talking on his cell phone while holding the BB/Pellet air rifle when he was shot to death by Williams. And that the officers fired immediately without giving any verbal commands and without giving Crawford any time to drop the BB gun even if he had heard them. The U.S. Justice Department said July 11, 2017, there was insufficient evidence to pursue charges against Sean Williams. Even though the murder was captured on video, there was “insufficient evidence”
