”Oh my poor shashwammy….look at you!” those hands cup his cheeks, calloused and just a little chilly, pulling his gaze up up u-

”Are your coils..,,,pink?” Xisuma blinks, a little harder than usual as Keralis rubs under his eyes, another soothing motion piling on as things click into place.

”Just a special ssssomething for the new season, princess. Nothing to worry that poor brain about.”

The heart shaped glasses are gone, revealing pink swirls. Xisuma feels the coils climb higher as a lopsided smile makes itself known.

“A pretty color for a pretty mind. How overworked you are, my poor shashwammy,”

Xisuma doesnt quite remember when the coils reach his shoulders, but he cant seem to remember much as keralis talks, mumbled replies fizzling about as it feels better to smile. those colors forcing themselves in more than the usual soft purples and greens that cheekily coax…

”No need for that, princess. Let Papa take care of all’a that big stuff. Just relax, and enjoy.”
