ummmm something something actor paralells "this is the consequence for what youve done" when grace's actress is the same as willabella muckwab
All the discourse is centred around wether grace is acting in service of the Lords in Black but I think the more interesting question is whether sheâs going on a holy crusade and thinks her actions are justified by god or if sheâs lost faith in god since he didnât intervene at all and is taking justice into her own hands. Idk which interpretation of the ending is more interesting tbh

Not enough Lords In Black x Humans shipping. Tinky and Ted fucked I think
I didnât realize until Nerdy Prudes featured both the âwhat do you want, Paulâ riff and and âwhat Tim wantsâ riff that the âpredestined self destructionâ in every Hatchetfield story revolves around people trying to get what they want
ethan wanted lex to be happy in yellow jacket⌠ted wanted to fix his past mistakes in time bastard⌠tom wanted his wife back in janes a car⌠okay maybe Iâm emotional
If they ever do What Tim Wants and CaliforMIA in concert I hope they keep the insane tonal whiplash u get from listening to the album in order by not only putting them one after another but blending the opening riffs of CaliforMIA over Dylanâs final belt in wtw

My current theory about why Max Jägerman came back from the dead:
The whole ânothing dies in the old Waylon Placeâ thing has been bugging me for a while, since we donât see anyone come back from the dead who died in Lakeside Mall in Black Friday (Hannah specifically says that the apparition she sees is NOT the real Ethan) and itâs unclear wether Richie at the beginning of the show was an actual ghost or more metaphorical (Iâm leaning towards the latter since unlike Max he doesnât have a âghostlyâ appearance), so there has to be something about the old Waylon Place specifically, right?
Well⌠after rewatching Honey Queen Iâve got an idea of what that is.
Solomon specifically refers to the fact that the black magic and human sacrifice done there was done by the Church of the Starry Children, the same cult who sacrificed Linda to Nibbly at the end of Honey Queen, specifically so that Nibbly could take over her body and walk the earth.
The Lords in Black canât physically interact with anything on our plane of existence without manifesting in it first (see: Pokey as Otho, All of TGWDLM and Blinkyâs manifestation in Watcher World versus Wiggly in Black Friday and Tinky in Time Bastard only being able to communicate psychically in the real world), but they have no issue pulling Max into the Black and White.
My theory is this: when Linda was sacrificed to Nibbly, it was in the Old Waylon Place, or another black altar with similar properties that allowed her to come back undead, which meant Nibbly could take over her body. If she was killed there on any other night of the year, she simply wouldâve come back as a vengeful spirit the same as Max.
If we go by the theory that each Black Altar has its own patron Lord In Black, and that specific Black Altar is tied to that Lord being able to physically manifest (once again see Wigglyâs attempt to physically manifest in Black Friday being inside the mall and halted once the mall burns down), that would mean the Old Waylon Place is (or used to be) Nibblyâs black altar. (N.B. Human Sacrifice is literally Nibblyâs whole deal, its mentioned in Honey Queen & the Summoning), and the reason people who die in the Waylon house come back to life is because itâs imbued with some sort of power that allows Nibbly to temporarily inhabit their bodies after death.
TLDR: The reason Max came back after death is that the Waylon Place is the Black Altar Linda was sacrificed at in Honey Queen (or similar), and it brings people back from the dead to allow Nibbly to possess them.
Or, you know, the Waylons cast a spell on their house to ensure their survival beyond the grave:
What if I willingly ignored that because it makes my theory less fun
And since Iâm on the topic of the Black Altars and how they seem to allow the Lords in Black to manifest in the physical world, let me give my explanations for which Lord rules over which Altar.
(Keep in mind I personally donât believe anything that started being influenced AFTER Miss Holloway got the Black Book would be one of the five listed in there. The Black Book is super old and itâs possible some of the old Black Altars fell out of use or got replaced)
!!SPOILERS FOR ALL OF HATCHETFIELD!!
WIGGLY: Lakeside Mall
This is self explanatory. Itâs explicitly stated to be a Black Altar and itâs where he attempted to be born.
NIBBLY: the Old Waylon Place
I went over this in my last post about Black Altars. However it IS entirely possible that at some point the Waylon place fell out of use and thereâs a new Black Altar not listed in the book.
TINKY: CCRP Headquarters
Iâm not 100% on this, because the only reason itâs got the time travel properties in the first place is because of people trying to harness Tinkyâs power in in the FoA/Time Bastard timeline, but it seems to me like that wouldnât be possible if it wasnât already an Altar (unless they somehow had the Black Book). Iâm assuming it was built on someplace that used to be a Black Altar.
POKEY: The Starlight Theatre
We donât know WHERE the Apotheosis comet landed in the NMT2 timeline but since thatâs where it began in the TGWDLM timeline this is the best guess I can make. Iâm presuming in both timelines it landed in the Theatre because:
A). Pokey presumably couldnât just manifest without using the Altar if theyâre so important
B). It fits with his whole Musical Theatre deal.
I 100% believe the Roller-Rama isnât his altar. He was already manifested in the world when Otho was brought to the Roller-Rama and that place had no other supernatural properties besides him.
BLINKY: Hatchetfield High
Iâm aware this is somewhat of a stretch but itâs the only Altar we know of that doesnât have a clear link to a Lord in Black. Blinkyâs whole deal is that heâs a voyeur, and the whole point of Watcher World is peer pressure and the constant feeling of observation. Iâm not saying itâs perfect but itâs the best link I can make.
Important Sidenote: I wholeheartedly believe Watcher World isnât his Black Altar and he only created it in a timeline after he manifested. Weâve seen him physically in Watcher World so itâs safe to assume heâs already been brought into the real world in that timeline.
Also, Iâm like 99% sure Watcher World was supposed to be located somewhere in the Witchwoods (???) and the woods absolutely CANNOT be a Black Altar; theyâre maintained by the Hatchetmen, the only real opposition to the followers of the Lords in Black, and all the psychic energy there is a result of their interference, presumably nothing to do with the Lords.
The caveat I have to this is itâs entirely possible that Watcher World is a Black Altar created after the book was written and Blinkys followers moved out of Hatchetfield High and into the Witchwoods without being noticed by the Hatchetmen. I still believe if thatâs the case then Watcher World itself wasnât built until Blinkyâs actual manifestation. I donât think heâs interested in bringing about the apocalypse; that doesnât seem like his style. I think Watcher Worldâs timeline is one where Blinkyâs already won, and this is his end goal; creating somewhere he can watch people suffer.
WEBBY: The Witchwoods
Thereâs really no evidence to suggest Webby even has a White Altar so this is just an addendum to the theory, but the fact that itâs made out of the bodies of children who could presumably see her and is used for rituals against the Lords in the same way the Lords followers used their own Black Altars for them makes me see some sort of connection.
Itâs also pretty notable to me that Willabella and Webby both have access to Hannahâs mind and Willabella is called the Witch in the Web. It really feels like thereâs a connection there.
Okay thanks for reading bye ! <333

is Yellow Jacket any good yâall itâs the only nmt ep I havenât seen yet and Iâm like super excited for it for some reason
is it... scary? bc it's the only one i haven't seen yet either and the gifs alone scare me already. how many nightmares will i get from it?
Nah itâs not too bad. If you got thru Black Friday youâll get thru yellow jacket
Wait I just realised in the TGWDLM timeline Hannah wouldâve just been killed by Pokey & Webby wouldnât have been able to stop it since the only reason Lex and Hannah killed Otho in the NMT2 timeline was because of a very specific coincidence
Idk I love downer endings but the fact that Hannah Foster was a 13 year old autistic child who died in the TGWDLM and Black Friday timelines probably knowing full well she was about to die and couldnât do anything about itâŚ
