Last week I decided to no count the calories on the weekend as I knew I would go over them and didn't wanto to feel guilty, also if I tried to reduce my calories with myperiod I would not have energy to work out and I choose to move as much as I could these days.
Also in these twelve days I've lost 1,5KG/3lbs which I belive it's great
