• Kondraki would obviously be way too busy with director duties as well as with other issues cough cough to be taking care of a child, and plus his co workers would also be very busy to babysit him as well so sometimes he's left alone in his father's onsite apartment, but there's always a chance for him to go into Site-17 as long as it was at a state where it was safe for him and giving him very limited access for the sake of his safety.

The personnel towards Kondraki were like:

"Oh yeah absolutely let's have this very innocent child roam around a site filled with hundreds of monsters and staff that are fucking lunatics yeah that should be okay for him."

• Draven being on Foundation grounds for most of his whole life kind of affected his way of socializing. Like it's not that bad, even as an adult he's still pretty normal for foundation standards but when 99% of the people you talk to are either anomalies or traumatized adults your whole childhood then yeah that can kind of fuck up your perception of other normal people.

• Baby Draven is very angry with the fact that the adults keep secrets from him, he knows that it's for his own safety but he is very stubborn. A trait he might have gained from Kondraki.
