it would be best not to bother her. the pink-haired goddess looks like as if she didn’t get any rest. for now, her attention is on a stack of papers needing to be filled out and sent off.

i? i really idn’t expect this when i liked your post! eeee ;;; while it breaks my heart that you didn’t know who anthea was, that isn’t your fault. it’s gamefreak’s for doing nothing with anthea and concordia beyond their small role in n’s life. it makes me thrilled knowing you are enjoying my take of anthea and the background i’ve given her. i remember trying to rp her here years ago but it didn’t pan out, but i developed her offsite. years later i’m happy to know you and others like her! i’d be down to talk with you about her- i’d love to hear about leon too!

i can def see that!!! i need to pester you more on discord (and reply back to dm, i haven’t forgotten rip) i have some ideas for them. mainly hijinks and some silly things. 

tidbits about meloetta. - they are shiny, marking them as the second shiny on anthea’s team. - their nature is hasty and moveset is return // relic song // teeter dance // close combat. - anthea regularly receives lessons from meloetta, whether it be playing their melodies on her lyre or dancing with them. it always leaves meloetta in a happy mood when they do things together. - meloetta has become something of a third (unofficial) goddess after the passing of hymnia. anthea is incredibly protective of meloetta as a result. 

meloetta was something akin to a muse for one of the twin brothers- at the time the war had not started. they lived in the castle, singing and performing for the people. even in its pirouette forme, it never fought despite the fighting-type. when the war came, the brother demanded that meloetta fight on their side and they refused. the melody pokemon left, before being forced to do anything. the region was plunged into war, relic castle was attacked, the people who lived within it and in the surrounding area were killed. their spirits, full of malice and hatred, cause everlasting sandstorms. eventually the grand castle is hidden away in the sands. what is left behind are the melodies the pokemon made and spread across the region… but they weren’t remembered. meloetta, met a similar fate to the goddesses. anthea, her heart in pain knowing that meloetta is like her, extended her hand out to it. a bond was formed and meloetta joined her team.
