Hare is a previous asset of the International Resolutions Group　(identified then as Hare).　Raised as a hitwoman from birth,　she fled at 24 to taste freedom　&　develop an identity outside of the characters she plays for a day or two undercover.　This begins with the name she lifts from the pages of a novel　:　Rebecca.　Never again will Rebecca permit herself to be caged ;　but she is built to be an assassin.　The IRG was right about one thing　⸻　there are people in the world who can only make it a better place in a casket.　Working under the moniker Atropos,　Rebecca takes only those few cases that satiate her sense of justice.　Men and women who abuse those weaker than will be met with no mercy at the end of a sharp knife or the bottom of a poison vial.

The Hunger Games.　Hare and the other girls of Project Durant are trained from their birth to bring victory to District 2.　She is the first to stand a victor,　blonde hair and pretty smile enough that the Capitol's consumers beady eyes overlook the blood on her expert hands.　But she is not long made to be a doll to play with　⸻　Hare renames herself Rebecca,　and slips easily into the rebellion that brews in Panem's underbelly.

CW's Supernatural.　The International Resolutions Group begins as a small group of hunters in the United States.　It is a man known as the Professor who decides the perfect hunters cannot be trained or recruited ;　they must be raised.　The girls of Project Durant are soldiers against the supernatural from birth,　and are sent all over the world to deal with the wicked.　They are not offered room for nuance :　everything that is not human must meet its end at the hands of a hunter.　There are no exceptions.

positive traits:　moralistic,　protective,　rational,　quick-witted,　reflexive,　observant,　patient. negative traits:　vengeful,　angry,　single-minded,　more detached from emotion than she wants to be. enn:　sx1, 184. personality:　rebecca's anger,　like all of her emotions,　is kept neatly in a box beneath the costumes she wears.　upon first meeting her,　you would never notice the fingernails by which she clings to her hinges :　you would never imagine that she holds a vengeful bloodlust in her heart for the man　 &　the organization that abused her.　you will find her,　at first glance,　observant;　quiet,　bemused.　should you be so lucky as to slip past the first line of her defenses,　you will find the girl she is only learning to be now.　rebecca has no idea of who she is　-　even her name was given to her by herself at the age most people get their first drink.　what she is is kind,　but not always nice.　protective,　brash,　unforgiving.　she will offer you food cooked by hands you will never know are eternally stained in blood.　she will laugh with you in the sun,　and never tell you of the harsh cold in which she grew. just because her freedom was earned with blood doesn't mean it tastes of copper and regret.　freedom is sweet,　and she,　too,　is learning to be sweet.　an act,　at first　-　a falsehood that has slowly become a reality.　sometimes,　she pushes it too far :　pushes it back to falsity.　she can be good,　and kind,　and righteous.　her past does not have to define her.　professor did not mar her soul with a dark spot she can never blot out.　this is the mantra she repeats to herself on the bad days　-　the ones where she condemns herself for running　&　forces manic saccharinity. rebecca will always be dangerous.　she thinks,　sometimes,　that she should have quit being a hitman entirely.　that she should lay down her weapons and exhale ;　that she should allow the sun to rise on the dawn of a new,　peaceful day.　she never will.　she was born to be a weapon　-　she is a blade forged in the harshest of winters,　&　she cannot change what her wielder once made her do.　she can only choose what to do now :　and she chooses every contract with the precision of a girl who will never take an innocent life again.　goodness,　to rebecca,　is not synonymous with pacifism.　there will always be people like the professor,　so there must always be people like her.

mental:　c-ptsd. sleep:　early riser,　has been rising with the sun her whole life.　this is one of the few things professor instilled in her that she has no interest in changing.　she will wake at the slightest of noises　-　and she will wake alert. alcohol:　none. drugs:　none.

eyes:　a striking green,　though when on assignment,　they are almost always covered with colour contacts. hair:　blonde in her time at the IRG,　rebecca now wears her hair dark brown.　undercover,　it is often covered by a wig　( though,　not always! ). height:　5'2"　/　1.57m. figure:　deceptively slim build,　designed to hide strength and competency beneath clear pale skin. features:　the dark ink of the tattoos that cover pale skin is a direct fuck you to professor,　marring the clean slate he always insisted her body be.　these are covered either by makeup or clothing when on assignment. attire:　rebecca has worn everything undercover　-　from cheap,　ratty hoodies to leather　&　lace to the most expensive designer formalwear.　none of it felt like her,　because she was only ever wearing it as a costume.　as herself,　though,　she tends toward casual wear.　anything to relax the performance.　maybe someday,　she'll find a proper style of her own. rebecca is a big fan of jewelery;　rings,　bracelets,　necklaces.　anything that makes a gentle sound when she moves　-　a reminder she is allowed to take up space outside of being wielded as a weapon.

what is in a name?　i.e,　what name does your muse know rebecca by?　this differs muse to muse,　given rebecca's line of work.

hare:　this name is reserved for those who knew of her only through the irg,　or before she broke free from their hold.　the girls of project durant were not given the luxury of names　-　only animal motifs as codenames.

atropos:　anyone who hires rebecca as an assassin from 2024 onward would know her as atropos.　a codename self-imposed after she escapes the irg,　it's a new name for a new killer.　atropos takes on only those few cases that intrigue her :　ones in which she can seek justice for the meek and mild.

rebecca:　those who know her by her name are the luckiest of all.　with them,　the only pretense she wears is the obfuscation of her job.　rebecca is the name she gave herself at the age of 24,　torn from the pages of a daphne du maurier novel　&　worn as her first true identity post-freedom.　every time someone's lips curl around the word rebecca,　she is reminded that she is a person.　she is someone with a name that is not fluid as the easily swappable ones she dons in disguise.

work:　the best way to come into contact with rebecca is through her work.　whether it's during her time with the irg or afterward as a self-employed hitman,　her job takes her across the globe　&　sees her undercover in almost every situation imaginable.

hire atropos!　while atropos is selective about the cases she takes on after leaving the irg,　she is still very much active as a hitman.　should you ever have an abuser to dispose of　&　money scrounged up,　she is only a private meeting away.

meet her undercover?　while rebecca is an expert at blending into the scenery and becoming entirely unremarkable,　it happens on occasion that she catches someone's eye.　sure,　the person you'll meet is only a mask crafted for her assignment,　but she's buried somewhere underneath.

out 'n' about:　rebecca is a lover of the frivolous.　she spent the first 21 years of her life kept from exploring anything other than what was necessary to craft a near super-soldier.　as a result,　she's easy to stumble upon as she experiences the world around her for herself for the first time.

cinemas　&　theatres:　while rebecca has an appreciation for old black　&　white films,　the freedom to waste twenty dollars and two hours in a dark cinema or theatre is invigorating.

shooting range:　a girl raised with a gun in hand will do as she always has　-　free of cruel constant training she may be,　but rebecca has no intentions of letting her skills get rusty.

libraries:　fiction is a luxury rebecca was never afforded,　and she has found an appreciation for old gothic novels.　she has no need to borrow freely when her profession pays so well;　but being around others she has no need to fool is new and exciting.

gardens,　zoos,　parks:　the first two decades of her life　( international missions excluded )　were spent undergoing rigorous training in the canadian tundra.　any place that permits her to bask in the warmth of the sun and the green of the grass heals her,　bit by bit.　it's nice to see the children play and the couples stroll　-　a reminder that there are good things in the world worth fighting for.

rebecca in relationships.

platonic:　friendship is something rebecca is half-acquainted with.　while she still doesn't know what name to put her relationship to the other girls in project durant,　she did care for them.　still does,　even now they are left behind in the rear-view mirror.

as much as rebecca desires the clean slate she has earned with taut-white knuckles　&　so much blood,　she will always be initially suspicious of those she befriends.　kindness is not something that has ever come free for her　-　when it came at all　-　and in her line of work,　very rarely does she stumble upon anyone good.　her time in the irg saw her hired by corrupt politicians and rich folk to kill other politicians and rich folk ;　usually to keep secrets held close.　this has irrevocably tainted her view of humanity.

if she deems you prey rather than predator,　rebecca will be steadfast　&　protective.　she will try and teach you to stand up for yourself.　she will offer to deal with your problem for you,　and may grow frustrated if you take moral issue with it.　after all,　dealing with those who abuse the weak is as easy as a gunshot,　the slice of a knife,　or the plunge of a syringe for her.

romantic　/　sexual:　rebecca wants to be equipped for romance.　she isn't.　it's something she will try,　but it would take somebody incredibly patient　&　deeply non-judgmental to help her grow through everything she's been through.

sex,　rebecca can do.　it's one of those things that she was largely unable to experience for the first twenty-one years of her life.

rebecca is bisexual,　and has no preference for men versus women.　she does,　though,　find it much easier to relate to women agiven the only four constants in her life　( the professor aside )　were girls.　she may also find herself hypervigilant of being controlled:　a remnant of the professor's choking 'guardianship'.
