Time to get my new registration stick for my car...we don't want another fiasco where my car get gets towed for this reason...I have already taken it to get inspected, passed....but now I have lost the paper that I need to get my sticker...I must have thrown it away because that's what I do...throw away the good things in life...now what? 🙁

So I randomly got a new debit card with my bank. Thought nothing about it...until I started getting emails and notices about my phone and Roku account being deactivated or turned off due to payments being declined....I had to go through EVERYTHING and reset up my new debit card...I have everything direct deposited because otherwise I would never pay my bills. My internet was turned off...there was a few minutes of panic...

I live with depression. I was diagnosed 9 years ago at 19. At first I never wanted to talk about it because of the stigma towards mental health. But today I am a huge advocate of awareness for mental health. I have been on and off medicines since I was 19...it helps me cope...but it still is a daily struggle. Unless you live with a mental health disorder, you can not and will not understand. Share your story! Stop stigma!

I am a rape survivor. It feels good to say it publicly. Even though no one I know follows me on here....i think I am finally beginning to heal. I hope.

My sister tried to commit suicide the other day. My brother in law knocked down the door while she had a plastic bag over her head. I went to work like nothing had happened...but deep down every time my phone vibrated my heart skipped a little. Her life was getting too hard and she said she didn't want to live anymore...but that's suppose to be my thing...suicide...I think about at least once a week...but have never been brave enough to try anything. I guess I have been brave though...brave enough to keep taking it day by day.

Life lesson learned....never fill the slot in the dish washer full of dawn dish soap. Apparently I missed that memo. The floor of my apartment is submerged in water and soap. At least my floor is now clean.

My counselor thinks I should start writing down thoughts about my PTSD anger. I think this may be a good idea since I got so anger at random little girls on my sister’s soccer team. I was so overcome I cried on my way home….my anger outbursts usually end in tears. What is the root of my anger…in this instance it was the way these girls were acting and treating the opposing team who happened to be 2 years younger. Any form of mistreat to myself or others is a trigger. I hope I didn’t embarrass my little sister when I loudly told her to not act like the other girls.
