It's been a busy month, but I have also designed stickers for the Nijigaku girls. Of all the Love Live! groups, Nijigasaki has always been my top favourite. I guess I really like how character-driven it is compared to the others (I also like Hasunosora for that reason).

I am also considering selling these over at my Ko-Fi shop, along with the Sword Boi Supremacy pack. I hope to have them available in mid-July.

I've been working on this for the past month. For some background, I love going to art markets and buying stickers (and collecting business cards). I drew these as a concept of if I ever wanted to make stickers.

I actually bought some sticker paper while on vacation, and did some test prints. Aside from the colours looking dull, the ink of the line art also kept bleeding. I ended up covering them with my designs printed on plain paper, but I actually love how it turned out.

I might sell them over at my Ko-Fi if anyone's interested, but since I never mailed products before, I might have to limit shipping to Canada first.

On April 14th, 2001, the first ever Animal Crossing game (Dobutsu no Mori on N64) came out. Even though I never played any of the gen 1 games (my first ac game was Wild World), I still wanted to celebrate it's 25th anniversary because it's my favourite franchise. Ngl, I was gonna draw Isabelle, but she didn't exist in the early games. I chose K.K. because before her, I believe he's considered an iconic ac character alongside Tom Nook.

Originally, the composition was vertical, but I found the horizontal canvas to be better. I ended up recreating the scene where he introduces the game to the player.

I drew this a few months ago to celebrate the 15th Anniversary of MLP:FiM. If you don't follow me on DevArt, I used to make a lot of MLP fanart, specifically featuring the Background Six. I had a lot of headcanons for them and drew them in silly squad poses.

Nowadays, I moved on from the fandom (though I still follow mlp artists) but they were still precious to me and I wanted to celebrate them for the 15th Anniversary.

This is actually a redesign on how I used to draw them because I looked back at my old MLP drawings (specifically the B6) and thought I could've designed them better. It was also to reflect how much I've grown as an artist and how the series inspired me to be an Illustrator.

When Kokomi's seiyuu was revealed to be Suzuko Mimori, I immediately made connections with Umi Sonoda (whom she voiced and performed as). It helps that they both share the character for sea (海).

This is based on a sketch I posted years ago on my Pixiv. I did plan on rendering this, but I wasn't satisfied with the final line art and abandoned it. I'm currently out of the country, so I didn't have time to make a new drawing. While looking through my files, I found it and I thought I tried it again, this time with a different composition. This also counts as a belated birthday drawing for Umi (March 15th).

Fun Fact: If you're a fan of the singer Ado, she's a huge fan of Umi and often fangirls about her. She even did covers of her solo songs and has even contributed to the 15th Anniversary Tribute album for Love Live!

Just a refresher, Kallen is a KaeLumi lovechild. A former KoF member and adventurer, now he just goes around Teyvat doing whatever. While well loved, as he grew up he slowly faces the burdens his parents has harboured in the past.

Belated birthday artwork for Nijigaku's Rina Tennoji. Aino reminds me of Rina, both being gadgeteer geniuses. The bots Aino make also reminds me of Rina's motifs (i.e. the Rina-chan Board).

Continuing my dive into Pokemon SV, as well as celebrating Miku's anniversary, I decided to draw one of the Mikus from Project Voltage. I decided to do Ghost Miku because it's one of my favourite types.

After my last drawing, I wanted to try a more dynamic composition. I got a ways to go but I really like how it turned out. As always, Magic Poser is goated.

So I had Pokémon Violet for a while, but it was only recently that I started playing it on the Switch 2. It was well worth the wait for the update (though there are a few visual glitches). I also really enjoyed the open-world and the different storylines.

Of all the gym leaders, I'm quite attracted to Brassius (he's kind of a hear me out for me). I wasn't sure how well he would translate in my style so I drew some sketches beforehand. I kinda ate with the composition tho (s/o to Magic Poser).

It's lowkey crazy that I posted two Bennett drawings this year. Ahhh, 3/4 of my sword boi team have outfits. If Kazuha ever gets a new outfit, I might have to break my f2p clause.
