🍼🍭 How to be subtly little when your family is around 🍼🍭
🍼 Instead of sippy cups, use straws! You can get some cute ones for cheap without being ‘weird’ or raising suspicion. (Bonus: get some reusable straws for special environment points)
🍭 If you know they won’t mind, have someone in your family do small favors for you that make you feel little! Things like peeling an orange for you, helping you pick out an outfit, even drawing you a bath! Speaking of…
🍼 Have a bubble bath! Maybe with a colorful bath bomb! These are ‘normal’ things that won’t give you away, but you can still be super little while enjoying them. (Bonus: add some rubber duckies for some extra fun)
🍭 Wear onesies! Plenty of ‘adult’ onesies with little-ish designs on them exist, and who could blame you for having comfy jammies?
🍼 Watch some cartoons or Disney movies that you used to watch when you were younger! You could always say you’re just doing it for the nostalgia, and they may even join in! (Bonus: listening to Disney music is less conspicuous than lullabies and little kids songs)
🍭 If you’re ever feeling nonverbal, just tell your family that you have a sore throat. Then you can go the whole day talking with your hands like the little you are!!!
✨ These have worked super well for me, so I hope they work for you too! Add on some of your own ideas if you would like ✨

teach your little/get taught by your caregiver to slow dance
go on a walk around the neighborhood
go to the park!
go swimming at your local pool! (but be sure to wear sunscreen and a floatie!!)
go shopping and buy gifts for each other! (littles: just make sure to hide your gift when your caregiver takes you to checkout!!)
watch your favorite cartoons together!

🐝 Common Agere FAQ’s 🐝
Q: What is Agere?
A: Agere is short for Age Regression, and it’s a therapeutic, completely non$exual coping mechanism in which a person reverts to (“regresses to”) a childlike headspace. It is occasionally used in hypnotherapy but its use there is controversial. Some people do so involuntarily, an unconscious coping mechanism which can be jarring and scary at times. Others do so voluntarily, as a way to prepare for stress or to cope with stressful situations. People regress for many reasons, including mental illness, s*xual ab*se, chronic illness, a bad home life, and many others. Regression is even well documented in children as young as toddlers in response to stressful situations - for an article regarding this, click here.
Q: What is CGLRE? How is it different than k!nk?
A: CGLRE stands for “caregiver/little regressor”, and is one of the oldest online agere communities. It is characterized by regressors having caregivers, parental or babysitter-like figures, who care for them when they are regressed. As the community makes use of some terms also used by k!nk communities, namely “little” and “littlespace” (describing a regressor and the regression headspace in reference to CGLRE, respectively), the community is sometimes also called a k!nk. This is false because there is no power exchange involved in CGLRE, while there is in k!nk. For more detailed information, I recommend taking a look at this post.
Q: I want a caregiver, but I don’t know how to look for one - what should I do?
A: I would caution everyone, but especially minors, against attempting to find a caregiver online. I’ve been in many a risky and uncomfortable situation before where I was nearly taken advantage of while regressed by someone online who wasn’t what they seemed. Online, it’s far too easy to lie about age, location, or intentions, and you could easily be roped into a bad situation. I would recommend only asking people you’ve known for a long time and are very close to you to be your caregiver. It’s also important to respect their boundaries - if they say no, don’t guilt trip or throw a fit, accept that they don’t feel comfortable with it and try to move on. Caregivers are not cute accessories or playthings for regressors. It takes a lot of energy and compassion to be a CG and it feels really bad when we’re not treated as human beings too.
Q: My caregiver/regressor always seems angry with me, doesn’t ever make time for me, makes me feel bad about myself, and/or does $exual things with me while I’m/they’re regressed. What should I do?
A: Leave. Right away. Cut ties with them, block them, delete their number, and don’t contact them. This is manipulative and possibly ab*sive behavior, which is always unacceptable, and you deserve so much better.
Q: I want to start an agere Tumblr blog, but I’m nervous and I don’t know what I’m doing - any advice?
A: I’m not what I’d call a “big influencer” or anything like that, but I’ll give you what tips I can! First, find a theme and keep consistent. More niche themes (beyond angelcore/pink-themed pages, which are very popular for agere) help set you apart from others, which is a good and bad thing as mainstream agere blogs may not interact with your content as much. Use DNI banners from the very start ( @bunnibanners and @bannerbakery are good spots to get some made!). Post original content regularly, with a variety of types (photo/text/photo+text posts). K!nk blogs will interact with you regardless of your DNI - just block and move on. Yes, growth is slow. Yes, that post you made in three minutes will catapult above the post you spent an hour on. No, it won’t always feel good. But always remember - this is your page, this is your safe space, and you have every right to make it your own.

Baby Robin's Milk Recipes
I'd like to start posting more recipes, diys, and general regression ideas. So, I'll start off with a few milk recipes!
All of these can be prepared warm or cold, but some may have different instructions depending on the temperature.
Also note that I have not provided measurements. I find that for a lot of these, the amount of each ingredient is up to the maker. I hope that's okay!
Angel Milk
Starting simple, Angel Milk is one of my favorites, especially before going to sleep.
You'll need:
- Milk of your choice
- Sugar
- Honey
Note: The honey and sugar will dissolve better if you make this warm!
Chai Milk
This is similar to typical chai, but with the tea being seeped directly in the milk with no water added.
To make it warm, you'll need:
- Milk of your choice
- Tea of your choice, but I recommend black tea
- Liquid or Powder Cream
To make it cold, you'll need:
- Milk of your choice
- Coldbrew Tea
- Liquid Cream
Coffee Milk
This one is great for little ones who need an extra boost!
You'll need:
- Milk of your choice
- Instant coffee granules
- Sugar
- Liquid or Powder Cream
Note: Instant coffee is very strong! Taste your milk as you slowly add the granules if you haven't used instant coffee before.
Matcha Milk
This one is a personal favorite, but it's not something that I have often. Also, if you don't know if you like matcha, try buying some matcha candy or snacks before trying this out.
You'll need:
- Milk of your choice
- Matcha powder
For this one, I recommend making it hot. If you want it cold, you'll have to let it cool in the fridge first. Most matcha powders won't dissolve in cold liquids.
Hope everyone enjoys these! If you try any of these, let me know what you think of them!
