Custom weapon: Tropical Brella

Sub weapon: Splash Wall

Special weapon: Splattercolor Screen

This weapon changes up the properties of the Brella canopy entirely. Instead of launching forward after being open for a set amount of time, it instead transforms and fires a powerful beam of ink. However, this beam can be powered up. If the canopy has taken damage and you close it, it'll store that ink in a hidden reservoir for later. If the canopy breaks, however, any ink on it will be lost. (Ink in the reservoir will still be kept.) When you're ready to fire the beam, the weapon will use all of the ink in the hidden reservoir to make the beam more powerful. This will empty the reservoir, which means you will have to fill it up again.

Custom weapon: Automatic Roller

Sub: Toxic Mist

Special: Wave Breaker

The Automatic Roller comes built with a 100HP motor, allowing you to roll around very fast and swing with lots of power. Upon swinging horizontally, the weapon creates a wave of ink with tremendous coverage and high damage, but won't exactly splat in one swing. The vertical swing, however, creates a shockwave that does splat instantly upon a direct hit. Its swings are slow and heavy on ink, but its rolling properties are identical to the Carbon Roller.

I've been using the Splattershot and its alternate skins for a while now. And yes, it's a great weapon. But recently, I've decided to put it down to try out other weapons like the Planetz Big Swig Roller, the Glooga Dualies Deco and the Painbrush BRN-Z. The Planetz Big Swig Roller is rather ink efficient and its Triple Splashdown is great for keeping yourself going. And the Torpedo is good for clearing the path of any potential enemies in the Action Zone. The Painbrush BRN-Z has surprisingly great coverage, even if it's a bit ink heavy. The Trizooka is really great for picking off far-away enemies. And the Splash Wall is good if used properly, but it's still not on my list of favored subs. So I went to get the Painbrush Nouveau instead because it comes with Point Sensor and Tenta Missiles, both of which are okay in my book. The Glooga Dualies Deco is actually just the slaying weapon I've been looking for. It comes with Trizooka and Point Sensor as well as having great fighting capabilities with the main weapon itself. Great for awesome Tower Control plays.

It has been decided. The Hunter's Stringer will go into open beta. Here's a rundown of the weapon:

The Hunter's Stringer is a Stringer type weapon that, unlike other Stringers, only fires one shot rather than the usual three. If the shot is made successfully, the splat is instant. But the shot also travels directly forward instead of being affected by gravity. Now, that doesn't mean the shot won't stick to surfaces if charged enough. So consider this weapon as a different kind of Charger, if you wish.

As for the loadout, the sub weapon is the Torpedo. In the event you have trouble aiming, throw a Torpedo not only to damage them, but also hinder them to make aiming a bit easier. The special weapon this Stringer comes with is the Tenta Missiles. This one is a great choice for handling enemy backliners. Just fire these and they'll scatter like cockroaches. Great for flushing those pesky backliners out of their hiding spots.

To summarize, the Hunter's Stringer can require a steep learning curve, but is a very formidable defense weapon in the right hands.
