I’m in my first proper relationship in 15 years and today I started a new job and this week I’m taking my girlfriend (hfs 😱😱😱) on a date night to a candlelit Mexican restaurant where I might need her to hold my hair back while I eat my tacos (🫣🫣) and then we’re going to a big party for the queer ladies at city recital hall and staying over in a nice hotel. And yeah for sure the whole thing will cost me two weeks rent but you only live once, right?

Trying to put myself out there a bit more, so I’m planning on going to a couple of queer parties over the next few months. The first is a mixed LGBTQIA+ day party, so I’m planning on wearing these pants (mostly because I like the cute hearts), and maybe just wearing a distressed grey/black top with them. Then there’s a night time event for women only, so I’m trying to aim for that balance of a bit more sophistication without looking too bdsm’y idk.

I don’t care if I just took a crappy angle photo while wearing comfy over sexy undies, I’m almost 47 and I can’t be bothered spending 30 minutes fine tuning my body image on a screen.
