Well, it's been a while since I last posted. Lack of inspiration AND motivation sucks. But when it suddenly just appeared, I seized the posibility and drew the last card of a set - Hamato Raphael as a Jack of Diamonds J♦.

I specifically like how the pose turned out. My goal was to make a contrast between F!Leonardo and his present counterpart visible, and I believe I achieved it.

Now there are two full sets - Kings and Queens! For sure can I say that Jacks will be next, and I already have plans for them. However, they will take longer due to reasons mentioned above.

¡Oye, todos! New playing card has arrived! Presenting to you: Karai Hamato a Queen of Spades Q♠!

I had so much fun drawing the 2018 version of Karai and using different shades of green at once. She is an interesting character with a very cool design and deserves much more attention.

After several attempts of choosing and sketching poses for this card and a couple of days of art block, I've returned to completing what I started.

Unfortunately, only after I called it done, I've noticed that I kinda messed up the shoulder plate. I might come back to fix it in the future.

Anyway, my new design includes Big Mama Assisstant as a Queen of Hearts ♥Q, whose identity was revealed in 40th anniversary comic. Though the name is not official, I like the fan-canon that her name is Frida. I really hope to get more lore about her in the future.

After some time spent and ideas used, I already know what characters I want to see as my set of Queens.

Today you get the first one of them - Cassandra Jones as a Queen of Diamonds ♦Q! Here she is older then in the movie, but since we don't exactly know her look nor her age in the future, this became my choice of her design.

I adore F!Raph design from the 40th anniversary comic, especially eyeband and metal arm. However, for me his shell in comic looks totally different to present version of Raph ('spikiness' is cool though). Thus, I came up with a bit of both.

I really loved original design of F!Mikey from the movie and from 40th anniversary comic, however I am not a fan of "old man Mikey". So I had to improvise.

Thus, good future Michelangelo Hamato as King of Hearts ♥K (because, you know, he really is a man turtle with a big heart).
