My grandmother has been pushing my family to "vaccine shop" and wait for the Pfizer/Moderna vaccines over AZ/J&J due to the blood clot scare, even if it means waiting days/weeks. Not worried about my parents as they're both set on getting whichever vaccine is available first, but my other family members may be more receptive. I've already told her that COVID itself has a higher clot risk but she is still insistent on pushing my fam to avoid those latter two shots. How would you navigate this?
