aye man just did a whole assignment in one lesson, when did i get capable in school??

I feel like food won't be the issue to why I'm not sleeping, I'm just refusing to put my phone away.

accidentally slept for 2 hours, it's now 9pm i will head out to buy food,,

I feel like I'm missing out on fun things when in reality i could just do them tomorrow, the best thing i could do for myself is sleep and i can't even manage to put my electronics away. I'm doing all of this on purpose but it's so hard to fight it. This happens every winter and I'm so done with it.

I had so much good energy when i got inside again and i just have this urge to text my boyfriend but i know it's not a good idea, he really wants me to take care of myself, i don't know why it's this hard for me to just go to bed :/

I want to get back into sleeping but staying awake until you physically can't and you just fall asleep within 10 minutes is bliss compared to laying there for 1 hour trying to sleep
