A late day six of adashicember, day seven and eight should hopefully be tomorrow)

Lips pressed against Adam’s neck as Shiro attempted to distract him. It was three in the morning and they had plans the next day. Yes, Adam was normally well prepared when it came to… everything. However, he didn’t realize he over lapped a few quizzes and assignments this month. 

He had a fair amount of papers before him. Granted most were graded now, but Shiro wouldn’t leave him be. This was the third time he’d woken up and tried to bring Adam to bed. 

Keith slept sprawlled out in the center. He’d been helping the two before he fell asleep at the desk. Not feeling like dragging him all the way to his dorm, Shiro just flopped him on the bed and tucked him in. 

He wished he could do the same with his fiance.  

Adashicember day 7

The first time had been awful. Adam was only hours a free man before having been beat by his former lover. He hadn’t any idea of what Shiro had gone through, but he learned fast the other had PTSD. Iverson had to separate them with the help of Sam and Coran as the flight or fight mode kicked in. 

Keith had held Adam close as Krolia and Colleen tried to bring Shiro out of it. They’d dealt with similar issues , Sam having night terrors, and Krolia has dealt with her own. 

It had only been a few months since that night, Adam had become better at coping with it. He’d wake up with hands around his neck, being punched, from being stared at with utter fear, etc. Shiro was ashamed.

Adashicember day 8

It was nice while it lasted. Waking up late, being cuddled and trapped in bed. Kisses causing the brunette to turn into a giggly puddle of goo. It was all nice. 

Until Shiro wanted to get back into a work out routine.

Adashicember day 4

Brown eyes opened slowly as Adam Wright felt something poke at his arm. “Kashi what,” he mumbled. “Adam?” Oh wait… that wasn’t Shiro. His eyes opened fully to see Keith standing beside his bedside, a stuffed hippo pressed to his chest. 

His voice had cracked a little, and in the dim green light from his alarm he could see a bit of shine on Keith’s cheeks. “Keith, what’s wrong,” Adam asked as he went to reach for his glasses. He stopped when he realized it wouldn’t work. 

“Takashi, get up,” he grumbled as he tried to free himself from being the other’s body pillow. Shiro tightened his grip around his fiance, let out a grumble in protest.

Adashicember Day 3

“So um…. this is nice.” Of course having a picnic on top of a war ship wasn’t Adam’s most romantic idea of a first date, but it certainly beat their last one. A second first date wasn’t something everybody got to experience. “Do you… not like it? We could go somewhere else,” Shiro reassured. 

“No, no! This is… this is nice.” He leaned against Shiro, bringing his wine glass up to his mouth. Sure they weren’t dressed up or nervous like the last time they’d been together, but why would they? 

True it wasn’t their “first” date, but they broke up around four years ago. A sudden laugh caught Adam’s attention. “What’s so funny,” he asked. “Just taking… a trip down memory lane,” Shiro snorted. This had the other’s attention. “Oh? Care to share?”
