My glorious post workout snack tonight. I eat ice cream 2-3 times per week and am still cutting fat. I'm down 12lbs since July 10th. It's not about eating an ice cream cone or a donut once in a while. It's about what you're putting into your body on a regular and consistent basis. Right now I'm only intaking 1,700 calories per day with my macros at 40% protein, 35% carbs, and 25% fat. Still getting stronger, still losing fat, still with plenty of energy.
