Here’s the version I made of my previous post so that it won’t get hidden on feeds.

Did my own version of Botticelli’s The Birth of Venus so I could play with some brushes and also practice using source material without being literal.

Got angry that Tumblr gave a mat/ure tag to art I made that was not such. She was clothed, but I guess that leg was too leggy. So I made a protest piece because I don’t know what else to do.

Also, as a bonus, here is a stylized abstraction I created from my last realistic painting. I’m just experimenting but I guess I am always experimenting, so yeah.

If I added text saying ”Ur a gud mom”, would this make a good Mother’s Day card?

Oh yeeeeah! Time to drink the koolaid and come look at all my art ! I was working on expressions and didn’t know want to waste a sketch by dooming it to my procreate folder of no return, so I ended up giving him arms from his ears and realized he could actually make a great kool-aid man. Lol

Oh look! I’m role playing having a job as a graphic designer instead of writhing on the floor due to back pain while working on people’s wheelchairs like I actually do for a living.
