when you finish ur report but skool gets cancelled 

We changed the bed last night, putting on our new sheets that we’d bought that day. You noticed that there was a tear in the top corner, but there was nothing we could do to change it, so we put the sheets on anyway. Without you noticing, I saw you turn the sheet so you would have the tear at your end instead of mine. Love isn’t always flashy and loud, sometimes it’s quiet and thoughtful, Like giving them the bigger half of the sandwich, Or letting them have the hot water bottle when it’s below freezing outside. Love is quiet and always present, In the passing comments of ‘be careful’ and ‘drive safe’, And the cup of tea at the side of the bed without being asked. It should always be underlying and present even when they’re making you want to tear your hair out, No matter how angry I get, I will always let you steal the covers at night, And you will always give me your jacket when the wind picks up. We work that way.
