So this was actually a damn good family friendly action film.  It has a strong cast, swashbuckling action scenes and a touch of romance.

I think I’m fit enough to try this now without collapsing in an embarrassing puddle on the gym floor

This Venn diagram could have been drawn by my sister.  She hates the  film but loves the book.  The film was okay, if a bit predictable.  It seemed like a combination of 28 Days Later and medical disaster films like Outbreak.   I wish I had read the book first.
