Andrea and Joan re-union in Barcelona (Spain). After all these months away from each other, we could finally play together again, feel the energy, the connection...simply enjoy 3 hours of acroyoga. Looks like we still have the touch and could explore different variations of Super Free Shoulder Stand! Still strong!

Some memories...On December 27, 2015, Isabelle and Joan attended an event organized by Chasing the Sunrise. This time, yoga at the top of the Vancouver Lookout at the same time the sun was rising. It's been a year already!
After the event, Isabelle and Joan started playing and some people was attracted by what we were doing..."Oh, what is that? What are you doing?". I bet you have all been on that situation before when playing outdoors. Shortly after, we were showing some basic moves to whoever wanted to try. In this photo, Isabelle explaining the next move to Aletha Belle Shaw...aren't they cute? ^_^ Aletha loved it!
We loooove sharing acroyoga with new people and expand the acro community! Looking forward to do it again this year if we can be at the event. Thanks Chasing Zen for the photo!

This was our last afternoon of acro before Andrea left Vancouver. She is going to start a new adventure in San Diego. All the best Andrea!!! But don't worry, this is not the end! Both Andrea and Joan will continue practicing Acroyoga and the blog will be updated with new acro poses, music and videos we like. Thanks for following us! Hugs!
