Since True Hearts Day confirms that there is a hierarchy of Royals, I tried to speculate on it and... I failed! There are too many factors to consider (noble rank, prestige, role in the tale, HAPPY ENDING!) However, I managed to do that of the common people!! This is because, besides being fewer, we know what work they do and it is therefore easier to sort them into Upper Class (high payed prestige jobs), Middle Class (normal once), Working Class (all of the labour work) and Precariousness (i.e. all groups on the poverty line/indigent)
So considering what we know about the main cast's families, the situation is more or less as follows:
Alistair and Bunny are both upper class. Alice is originally from a wealthy family, while the White Rabbit is the lawyer for the Court of Hearts. So they both have a certain prestige.
Blondie is also upper class since we know that Goldie is the mayor of her town, and considering that the royals seem to accept her, the Goldie Locks cul-de-sack is probably a particularly wealthy town.
Maddie, Cedar, Cerise, and Melody are all middle class since their parents work either in small businesses (Pinocchio, Hatter, Red) or as teachers (Badwolf, Piper).
Hunter is working class since his parents have laboring jobs. ALSO, the Hunter is in service to the court, which is generally a "poor" job.
Hot Take 1: Kitty could be working class. We know from Carol's books that the Cheshire Cat is owned by the Ugly Duchess. So if Kitty were actually a cat, I'd say she's of noble rank since she's the Duchess's companion. However, she and her mother are human, which could mean they are employed by her, thus assuming that the Cheshire family is actually poorer than one would expect.
Ginger falls into the Precarious, specifically indigent families. Now, she and Candy have no difficulty living... because Candy is a witch, so they live according to a different model. But reading Kiss and Spell it's clear that their social status is far below the others, by EAH standards.
Hot Take 2: Sparrow is also Precarious, in fact, he's probably poorest of the main cast. let me explain before you lynch me!
Sparrow's family certainly doesn't have the prestige of royalty:
(From his page on the school yearbook) If you ask Sparrow, he'll tell you he's royalty, but his looks and mannerisms betray the truth
(Holly in Truth or Hair) "(Sparrow) isn't like the boys she (Holly) used to hang out with. He wasn't raised noble, much less a prince."
So Marian is full no contact with her royal relatives and Robin is not a disowned count. We know for sure that Robin to steal and that he lives still in the forest since he doesn't own his land
Considering then that Marian was not hired as a teacher until the events of A Semi Charming Kind of Life, the Hood family has been surviving on robberies. Moreover, much of the stolen goods are not even kept but donated to groups living in complete poverty. So yes, Sparrow's lines about him stealing for himself because he's poor are true. His family didn't have a steady income until 2013 (and he was born in '97)
