Today was day two of my new evolution. I’ve certainly increased my gratitude and I can already feel the benefits. I’ve decided the most efficient place for me to do my morning guided meditation is the bathroom. I stretch. I tinkle. I sit there and listen to a soothing voice guide me down the path to calm and center. Care for your soul whenever you can, wherever you can.
