Technically speaking, Colress qualifies as a Steel-Type specialist but it's more theming than a type specialty.

Col treats us well, and we take care of him (read: steal his computers) in turn.

He takes time to polish Kovar, Alloy, and Hevel, and defragment Firewall.

Photon and I are almost low-maintenance in comparison.

Mad? No! He was indignant the first time, so Kovar started just laying on top of him to keep him in bed while Firewall and Photon locked him out of all of his computers.

He told us that having a Magnezone lay on top of someone constituted torture and then I reminded him that he froze a city and had no room to talk!

As for Colress's hair...

While it's true that it just grows like that and will therefore keep coming back, he also just likes it.
