I really like these TS4 pajamas, so I was super excited when they were converted by @lucilla-sims well, long story short, I lost my mind and there are 52 recolours of these pajamas here.

i've made a few sc4 terrains for myself n decided, why not share them in case anyone else would like them? i decided that was a pretty splendid idea hehe!

a very flat, small town map with a nice coastline!

I spent my formative years - ages 8 through 18 - in a place called Spring Hill, Florida. At that time it was just a "place" ...not yet incorporated into a town - still with dirt roads if you veered too far off from the main boulevard. It had one school, one small grocery, and one gas station with a convenience store - oh, thank Heaven! The whole development was designed as a "retirement" community, meant to entice New Yorkers to buy their Florida-dream-opportunity sight unseen, and move down to the land of eternal sunshine. (And many did!)

In my angsty teenage years I was fond of calling it 'Sprung Hell' - with a HUGE eyeroll. 😩 I couldn't wait to move out and go off to Uni, some place far, far away.

The Tumbleweed Apartments seemed to generate a lot of buzz, and I would feel like a jerk just to show them off without sharing. Due to the sheer amount of CC involved, I felt that I had to make a lot of changes to save both your DL folder and my sanity. No way I’d have been able to track down all of the CC that didn’t get packaged.

I made other aesthetic modifications, most notably that I cut out the back yard area. Seven tiles empty was just too much blank expanse for me. I had to cut out the paths to the front doors in order to shrink the lot. This makes me :/ faced.

The bathroom area is fully functional thanks to the walk-through block by SilentLucidity. Sims are able to use the shower, but can also walk through that tile to the toilet. So awesome. Expect some shoo-ing when your Sim needs to go, though. Due to the size, the bathroom is not actually a separate room. But really, how many Sims are you going to cram in there and still have a playable home? My max would be two.

As I mentioned in a previous post, the “loft” area is weather-proof, as it is a separate floor with four-click high walls. There are no windows on this level because of this. The roof has the windows installed. These will not provide light to the loft, but will brighten up the area some for screenshots. Please also note that roof will clip your Sim when standing.

While lot comes with apartment doors, it is set as residential so that you can easily make changes before it’s made into apartments.

Various expansion packs required. I have them all and can’t remember what item goes to what pack, so please use clean installer! I tried to stick with base game and AL items.
