Hi, I'm new to this blog but I'm very interested in the story where can i start reading without getting confused with the au??? sorry if this has been asked and/or is confusing :I
The way that we write the AU, there really is no solid beginning. We have a link on the blog that goes to the timeline of events which may help you place where each fic would fall. We basically just write about the events that we chose in no particular order, while paying attention to the ages they would be at the time. The timeline is done by BAN and is pretty darn detailed so I’d suggest looking at that and then messaging if you have any more questions! Hope this helps

so, we’re almost at 100 followers, and while that is really exciting for us, it also means that we’re going to be planning an event for that 100 followers goal. in the meantime, we will be doing our best to post on the regular schedule, but since we’re busy people and might mess up, I’d like to ask you all if you could send in asks. ask about characters, their hobbies, their relationships, anything. it will help to keep us on track and update the blog as we prepare for our 100 followers event!
Would it be ok to make an rp blog for this universe? I love your interpretation of the characters and would like to know if it would be ok to make one for Nepeta using your headcanons
it would be fine with us, as long as you send us a link to the blog and credit us in the blog’s description! (also, feel free to send us more asks if you need any additional information about any of the characters)!
thank you for asking in advance, and we’re honestly quite honored by this request!

More of my fav rarepair,,, (this time featuring their canon outfits)
Damara was sitting by the bed, waiting for a reason to get out of bed. The phone rang suddenly and she scrambled to answer it. “Hey, Daaaaamz,” she heard a voice say. “Um, Meulin?” Damara responded groogily. She giggled. “Yes.” “Are you high?” Damara asked. She knew what that tone of voice meant. “Maybe,” Meulin laughed again. “Do you wanna come over and smoke with me?” “Um, yeah, I think so. I'll see you in five minutes.” Damara agreed. She slid out of bed and assesed her pajamas. She was wearing sweatpants and a shirt with sheep on it. “Okay, see you then, babe,” Meulin said, still laughing, and hung up the phone. Damara threw her hair up in a messy bun and wandered down to Meulin's dorm room. She knocked lightly on the door and it slid open. Meulin was sitting on the floor, a joint in her hand and dressed in a formal black dress with a green sash that Damara recognized from their homecoming two years ago. It was easy to tell it was old, the fabric was straining across her stomach and breasts. “You look stunning,” Damara said, and meant it. “Thanks,” Meulin smiled and took a puff off the joint. “I wanted to look pretty.” “You do,” Damara said, sliding down the wall to sit next to Meulin. “Look pretty, I mean.” “So do you,” Meulin added. Damara scoffed. “I have makeup smeared on my face from last night and I'm still in my pajamas. I don't look pretty. Not even close.” “Shut up,” Meulin said, taking Damara's face in her hands. “The universe has never seen a prettier face than yours.” “Aw, Meu,” Damara sighed. “You're making me blush.” She put her hand on Meulin's and stroked Meulin's thumb over her cheek. Meulin giggled lightly. One of Damara's hands slipped off Meulin's and slipped down to Meulin's waist, drawing her closer. Meulin shifted her hands down to Damara's shoulders. She tilted her head and gently pressed her lips to Damara's cheek, slowly moving towards her ear. “Purrloz wouldn't like this,” she whispered softly. Damara gasped; pulled back softly. “We...we could stop. If you want.” Meulin pulled back and grinned. “Of course not,” she whispered. “Girls are so much softer than he is, so much sweeter.” Meulin repositioned her hands on Damara's face and pulled her in for a quick, teasing kiss. “You taste like strawberries.” Damara pulled Meulin in for another kiss before Meulin pulled away again. “Have you ever kissed a girl before?” she asked. “Because you're really, really good.” Meulin giggled again. “Um, no.” Damara whispered, leaning into Meulin and kissing the skin beside her ear. “Though I imagine many of the principles are the same.” “You're purrobably right,” Meulin replied, putting her hand over her mouth to stifle a laugh. Damara planted another kiss on Meulin's collarbone, leaving it stained with reddish lipstick. “Have you kissed a girl before?” Damara asked. Meulin's hand grabbed Damara's waist. “Why, of course. There was Latula and Porrim and that one girl at Purrloz's last birthday party, though she was only to make him jealous. Still. Super good kisser though. Almost. As good. As you.” Meulin took a finger and dragged it gently across Damara's arm, working her way up to her neck. Damara shivered. “Why didn't I meet you earlier?” Meulin mused softly, in-between the soft kisses Damara is giving her. Damara pulled back and laughed. “We met in kindergarten.” “No, no. Meet you like this,” Meulin waved her hand around and Damara could only assume she meant in the sense of their lips meeting each other. “Because I could spend forever like this, and Purrloz, well,” Meulin trailed off and then her face brightened. “Let me tell you a secret,” she said. “Okay,” Damara responded quietly. Meulin leaned in, her lips brushing Damara's ear. “He gets a little boring.” “Oh?” Damara asked. “Yeah,” Meulin moved back and nodded. “There's so many things you can do, you know, and all he ever wants to do is smoke pot and make out.” “Isn't that what we're doing, though?” Damara asked. “Oh yeah, right,” Meulin said, giggling. “Let's go out, let's go shopping or swimming or walking in the graveyard.” “But if I kiss you like this out there, all the frat boys will think they get to join in,” Damara murmured, pulling Meulin in for another kiss. Meulin laughed against Damara's mouth, and Damara could swear it's the most beautiful thing she's ever done (and Meulin has done a lot). “Hey, Meu?” Damara whispered. “I'm awfully tired. Could we sleep together?” Immediately, what she'd just said hit her, and Damara blushed. “Not like that. Like, just sleep. Not sex.” “Of course,” Meulin replied. She stood up, and moved the cat themed comforter off of her bed. Damara stood up too, knees shaking a little and climbed in. Meulin took her hand, and slipped in beside her, pressing her body against Damara's. “Is this good?” she asked. “Yeah,” Damara murmured quietly. “Thanks.” “No purroblem,” Meulin replied, and Damara can feel Meulin's breath on her back. It soothed her nerves of sleeping in someone else's dorm, in someone else's bed, and she breathed in and out in time with Meulin. And slowly, before they both knew it, they'd drifted into sleep.
Why are you called Accidentally Human? Is it post-sburb au?
nope! it’s named that because neither of us set out to start a humanstuck really. i think i wrote a fic about angsty high school eridan/aradia and it escalated from there, and now we are trapped in this au hell.Â
(it’s fun though)

A fairly bad experiment I did while I was trying out new brushes on SAI
Kankri is having none of your shit, Cronus
Another couples profile: karezi edition (They are  flipping off gamzee and John respectively)
forgiveness (could you imagine?) [betrayal, part three]
4 Months After the Breakup Damara sighed, waiting for her coffee to arrive at the table she was waiting at with Horuss. “Porrim was trying to message me again this morning,” Damara sighed. “She just misses you.” Horuss replied. “I miss her too,” Damara replied. “But she cheated on me. I can't just forgive that.” “I know. But you were happy with her, weren't you?” The waitress arrived with their coffee as Damara was thinking. “I was happy with her.” Damara said finally. “Look, Damara,” Horuss sighed, taking one of her hands in his. “I want you to be happy again. And if that means you forgive Porrim and go out with her again, then so be it. But if not, you need to tell Porrim that you're no longer interested. Be honest with yourself.” “I mean, Porrim did make me really happy. And I miss her like, all the time. But she was cheating on me the entire time we were dating.” “Then you need to set some boundaries. Talk to her. Talk to Latula. Talk to them together. If you want to be with Porrim, then you should be. She obviously wants to be with you too.” “Yeah, I guess. I'll message her.” Horuss smiled. “Good. Let me know what happens.” “I will.” Damara said. ~ aphrodisiacAnime has entered the chat ~ AA : porrim, look, i liked you. i still do. but if we're going to date, we need to get some things straight, and we need to talk. are you free tomorrow at four? GA : yes. at least, i think so. AA : good. how about the café on twelfth street, at four tomorrow? GA : that sounds fine. AA : oh, and porrim? GA : yes? AA : bring latula. she's a part of this too. GA : okay. ~ gynicAntecessor is offline ~ Damara arrived at the cafe a little early, ordering a coffee and apple fritter and waiting. She saw Porrim and Latula come in. Porrim was wearing a green maxi skirt and a black crop top that read “not ur babe”. Latula was wearing a dragon tee shirt and a pair of skinny jeans. They glanced around for Damara and eventually she took pity on them and waved. “Hi.” Latula said quietly. Damara shot her with a glare and she sat down. “Porrim,” Damara said. “Yeah?” Porrim asked. “Do you and Latula intend to stay together if I begin dating you again?” “Um,” Porrim bit her lip and glanced at Latula, trying to guess the appropriate response. “I - I think so. I mean, if you're okay with that, Damara.” Damara fidgeted with the ring on her pinkie finger. “I am. We have to lay down some ground rules though.” Latula blinked nervously. “Um, like what?” “Like, I want to know if you start dating anyone else, Porrim. And I don't want Porrim and I to spend more than a week apart. And I want to know about your relationship. Not all the boring details, but the big things. Do you guys have sex? Do you want to go on dates? Does Mituna know? Is he okay with this?” “Okay, um,” Porrim said. “I don't think I'll be dating anyone else, but who knows? I'll let you know if I'm ever interested, though. And that's reasonable, I can understand that. And um, yeah? We have before. And I don't know about Latula's stance on dates, but I think I'd like to.” “Mituna knows. For a long time, he didn't. But I told him sophomore year, and he's okay with it, as long as I tell him who else I'm dating.” “Who else are you dating?” Porrim looked at her girlfriend inquisitively. “Um, well you, obviously. And Mituna. And Roxy for a while? With Roxy it was more like hooking up, though.” “Oh, yeah,” Damara said. “Sorry about that.” “It's okay! Apology accepted.” Latula grinned and gave her a thumbs up. “I mean, I was a little upset at first, but it's all good now.” “Okay, good,” Damara said, smiling. She reached out to hug Porrim and collapsed in her arms. “God I missed you,” Damara murmured into Porrim. “Me too,” Porrim said. “Also,” Porrim whispered, “I had sex with Vriska.” Damara started. “What? You did? When?” “After you broke up with me. I was sad and kind of drunk and she wanted to. Though I think she thought I was Kanaya,” Porrim added with a wry smile. “Hah. I missed you, slut,” Damara whispered, grinning. “Missed you too,” Porrim replied, grinning back. 7 Months After the Breakup “I'm so excited to watch this movie,” Jade said, excitedly. “Me too,” Callie said, putting the popcorn in the microwave, and pushing some buttons. It didn't turn on. She frowned. “Rox - ” she started to call. Jade grinned. “You still like her,” she teased. “I do not,” Callie replied crossly. “You do,” Jade teased. “Come on. She misses you super bad anyway, give her another chance.” “She cheated on me!” “She knows she made a mistake. Just give her another chance.” Jade said, fiddling with the microwave. “If I agree to meet her, will you stop bugging me?” Callie sighed. “Yeah, totally!” Jade grinned. “Also, the microwave should be fixed.” ~ tipsyGnognostic is online ~ uu : hey! so, um, if you're still up for trying, you know, us, out again, i just wanted you to know i am too. tg : hell yes tg : dirk just told me not to send that tg : well it's too late mister tg : it has been sent Callie put her phone down for a second and smiled. She'd missed Roxy. She'd missed Roxy's urges to narrate every little thought that passed through her head to anyone who was listening. uu : great. you doing anything this friday? tg : i have an engineering class from one to three, but other than that i'm free. uu : how about dinner at carly's at seven? tg : that sounds great, callie. i'll be there. Callie grinned. Maybe this would work out after all. She was waiting in a booth at Carly's, in an elegant grey dress that kanaya had made her once, with a quickly-cooling cup of coffee. Roxy walked up, startling her. “Uh, hey, Callie,” she said. “I guess I'm a little underdressed, huh?” Roxy glanced down at her pink cat tee shirt and jeans with a bit of a distressed look on her face. “No, no, I'm probably overdressed. It's fine.” Callie smiled warmly. “You should sit down, though, so she knows we're ready to order.” “Oh, yeah, right,” Roxy said, sliding into the booth. “So, how've you been?” Callie asked. “Pretty okay.” Roxy said, glancing at the menu. “Oh! You'll be proud of me, Callie, I didn't drink at all when we broke up. Even though I really wanted to at times.” “Wow, that's impressive, Roxy,” she said. Thier conversation was interrupted by the waitress coming over. “What would you like?” “I want the buger, and fries, please,” Roxy recited, sounding bored. “Can I have the pancakes, please? No bacon.” “Sounds good. I'll be back with that shortly. Just let me know if you all need anything else,” the waitress said, bustling off with thier orders to the kitchen. “I'll pay if you want,” Roxy offered. “Thank you,” Callie said. “No problem,” Roxy said. “I paid for first date 1.0, so I should pay for first date 2.0 too.” Callie had to stifle a laugh. She saw her phone light up and picked it up to answer. It was Jade. ~ gardenGnostic has joined the conversation ~ GG : so how's it going? uu : pretty good. i really missed her, and she's everything i remember. GG : like what? uu : sweet, funny, kind. you know. GG : haha, okay. have fun on the rest of your date, nerd. ~ gardenGnostic has left the conversation ~ “Who was that?” Roxy asked. “Jade. She was asking how it was going.” Callie replied. “And, uh,” Roxy began, biting her lip. “How is it going?” “Great. She's everything I remember.” “Really?” Roxy asked, blushing. “Yup. Smart, kind, funny. And not to mention, she's madly in love with me.” “Hah, yeah. So would it be too much to hope you're madly in love with me too?” “Nope,” Callie said, reaching across the table for Roxy's hand. Everything was just like she remembered.
Care to Dance?
Karkat hated large crowds and loud noises. He also hated dancing. He hated couples being openly romantic. And he sure as hell hated all of those things at once. He wasn't sure how he had let everyone talk him into going to prom. He didn't have a date or any sort of obligation. Why did he let this happen? After a solid 20 minutes spent watching Dave try to dance with his girlfriend, Jade, who was actually pretty good on her own, and fail pretty epically, Karkat wasn't exactly feeling it anymore. He left the dance floor to go and get some air. After slipping past several horrific displays of what people somehow consider dancing, Karkat entered the main concourse. It was mostly empty. Only a few single prom-goers sat in the decorated chairs. Most of them looked bored out of their minds. It was quiet, it was calm, and it was Karkat's kind of party. At least it was until a familiar face stumbled from the dance floor into Karkat's line of vision. "Have any of you guys seen Karkat?" Came Terezi's over-excited voice. Karkat began hyperventilating and ran into the boy's bathroom. He always hated going in here, but he would do anything to avoid her for just one more night. He couldn't deal with that, not now, maybe not ever. And why should he? She betrayed him! She dated that Strider behind his back! His breaths were coming in short quick gasps. It's not like he loved her. That would be absurd! She wasn't his girlfriend. She could date whoever she wanted! At least that's what he told himself. He stayed put until his breathing reached a normal rate again and walked cautiously out. No sign of her anymore. Good. Now if he could just- "Hey Karkat," Dave's voice said as he slapped him lightly on the back, "Terezi has been lookin' all over for ya. I'll go get her." "No don't!" Karkat tried to say, but Dave had already run off. "I can't do this," Karkat said aloud, "I can't-" he saw Terezi rounding the corner with Dave at her heels. He could run. She wouldn't know. But that asshole Dave would tell her. This was all his fault in the first place! "Yeah he's right over here!" Dave said. 'Shit, shit, shit, shit,' was all Karkat could think and then there she was. She looked beautiful. He could tell Kanaya had helped her with her attire due to the hand-stitched shimmery red material that had always been Kanaya's trade-mark. The poofy skirt sparkled and shined as she moved closer. Karkat found himself staring and looked away, blushing. Not that Terezi could see it anyways. She just smiled at him. Her grin made his heart melt. "So," she began, "how long are you planning to avoid me?" Just like that, his heart had frozen again. He furrowed his brow and glared at her, "How long are you planning to date people behind me back?" Terezi laughed. What could possibly be funny about this? "Karkat, wait. Are you actually jealous?" Oh. "I'm not jealous," he said, "date whoever the fuck your want, I don't care." "You're contradicting yourself," Dave called from a vantage-point nearby. "Thanks dick cheese, I'm pretty sure I know that," Karkat yelled in return. Terezi was smirking now. She had one eyebrow raised as though to say "really?" "Don't give me that fucking face," he turned to Dave and see him doing the same thing, "I don't need this!" He threw his hands up in defeat and began to walk away. Terezi caught his arm. "Karkles-" "Don't fucking call me Karkles." "Karkat. Look. I dated Dave months ago in an attempt to get you jealous." Karkat looked back at her, confused. "I didn't expect it to work this well." Karkat flushed with anger. "Well why the hell didn't you tell me that sooner?" Karkat said, his voice still louder than necessary. "I dunno. The whole thing is just... kind of embarrassing?" She said sheepishly. "You're damn right it's embarrassing! What do you think I am? Just some piece of shit you can manipulate whenever you want? That I'll always be at your beck and call even when you royally fuck me over?" He heard a small sound come from Terezi. It sounded like she was crying, but Karkat had too much to get off his chest to stop now. Angry tears stung his eyes as he continued, "Because I am not here to be your plaything! I am better than that and so are you!" Terezi scoffed and looked up at him, tears fresh on her cheeks, "Am I? It doesn't seem like you think so anymore." Karkat took a moment to process what she meant. He sighed, "Of course you are. You are one of the best people I know," he was starting to feel for her again. He wasn't sure why, but Terezi always drew a variety of emotions from him all at once. Terezi looked down and furrowed her brow like she was thinking, "Does this mean you'll give me a second chance?" She asked, looking up again. He shouldn't. He knew he probably shouldn't, but Terezi just looked so pitiful and so beautiful and she had apologized and she was into him again... "Why the hell not?" Terezi grinned broadly, "Oh Karkles!" She jumped up to close the gap between them and pressed a kiss to his lips. It was a desperate kiss, as though she felt he would change his mind at any moment. "Hate to interrupt," came Dave's voice as he tapped Karkat on the shoulder, "but a public dance probably isn't the place for make-out sessions. And don't you," he pointed at Karkat, "hate when couples are openly romantic?" He smirked confidentially. Karkat was about to call him and ass but Terezi beat him to it, "You asshole," she laughed, pushing him gently away. She took Karkat's hand in hers and looked at him, "So," she said, her eyes sparking, "care to dance?"

Ok so a while ago when BAN was working on the timeline we discovered that in our au, the ancestors were teens in the 80s. The result: I drew an 80s Condy and BAN colored it. (Candace is ridiculous someone please stop this woman.)
Cold Weather; Cold Hands
Fall always was one of Jade’s favorite times of the year. She loved the colors of the leaves as they prepared for the impending winter, and the brisk but not entirely unpleasant weather. She would always take her dog, Becquerel, on walks through the park to admire the canopy of trees overhead. This time she was accompanied by Dave, who wasn’t one much for cold weather. He looked rather silly decked out in his scarf and heavy sweater with mittens to match. He wore a beanie as well, not exactly the best choice for this weather even if you want to look cool because it doesn’t provide much warmth. Jade couldn’t help but giggle each time he drew the hat down to cover his reddening ears. “Hey,” he asked after the two had been walking for a while, “how about we take a break and get something warm to drink I’m freezing over here.” Jade agreed. They walked over to the nearest park bench and Jade pulled out the thermoses she carried in her messenger bag. “Coffee for you, black, and one loaded with cream for me,” she held out the coffee to Dave who gave a skeptical look in return. “I’m only joking, I have tea,” she said holding up her own thermos. Dave laughed, “Shut up and give me that cream-filled shit,” Jade chuckled and handed over his drink. The two sat with their drinks for a long time. Jade was starting to get pretty chilly since they were no longer moving and looked over at Dave from the corner of her eye. He seemed fairly content, drinking his coffee and keeping it close to his body to siphon some of its heat. She gently laid her head against his shoulder, eliciting a small sound of surprise from him that made her giggle. She couldn’t read his expression through his dark sunglasses, but she could tell he was just about to put his arm around her when Bec ran up and jumped excitedly to his lap, causing him to spill some small drops of coffee on himself. “Damn it,” he mumbled almost inaudibly. Bec, not the most observant, didn’t seem to care what he had just interrupted and scooted over to sit on Jade’s lap. Seeing how he wasn’t exactly a puppy anymore, he caused a small “oof” sound to escape Jade’s lips. Jade laughed, “aw c'mon Bec get down.” Bec licked her face as she laughed and pushed him away. “Damn it, Bec, come on. Give a guy a break,” Dave said. Bec didn’t move from his perch and only wagged his tail in response. “Well you can’t have all of the attention. I love her too,” Dave practically yelled. Jade placed Bec on the ground and smiled at him. “What was that, Dave?” Dave stammered for an explanation, but, finding none he simply restated his sentence, “I said I love you?” It sounded like a question. “Do you?” Jade smirked a little. Dave was usually cool-headed and confident, so to see him flustered like this was a rare sight and a pleasure. “Well I- uh- I mean-” Jade cut him off. She pulled him close by the scarf and kissed him gently on the lips. It didn’t last long, but when she pulled away, Dave was a flustered mess. “I- uh-” “You don’t have to say anything,” Jade said and released his scarf, turning away a little in embarrassment. She felt Dave touch her check and allowed his cold hand to guide her face to meet his again. She heard Bec running through the leaves near them and smelt the coffee they had been drinking. Yeah, she had always loved the fall.
