Why am I still so sad..

One thing I've learned about falling in love is that it doesn't make the sadness go away. Another thing I've learned is that hearing, "you can't love me if you can't love yourself" is incredibly hurtful. But it's also not true. I love my boyfriend with my entire being, he has taught me so much about what it means to love. But at the end of the day I still can't stand to look at myself and think, "wow, I look okay." Because it's not in me, I don't have the strength, or the willpower to let myself believe that, and I'm okay with that. At the end of the day, I still have depression and my anxiety still takes control. But I'm learning. And it doesn't mean my boyfriends love isn't good enough, and it doesn't mean someone won't someday love you.
