“Light was a gift blessed from the Heavens. And the sacred gift gave people the spirit to live and enjoy the life they were given. The sacred Hope of Light from the Heavens gave people their reason to live on this principle to marking the start of a new Legend.

“But, Doomsday had arrived. A long time ago, the world was once lit with the Light of Hope, which in an instant transformed into a world of darkness after a beam of light had appeared. People call this beam of light ‘Despair’. With the world in full despair, the people lost all of their inner light and all hope to live. As Hope turned into Despair, what kind of fate awaits?

And with the advent of a new era, and to mark the profound beginning of a new Legend, a new Goddess was to descend upon this profound occasion in order to give light to this world that was devoured by darkness.” [x]

But studies show otherwise: Black women are killed and sexually assaulted by the police, and incarcerated at almost three times the rate of their white female counterparts. Yet news coverage of these cases are focused largely on the relationship between law enforcement and black men.
