I wouldn’t have taken it anyway; I know what the other you was like when he was trapped as a human, I spent almost all my time trying to figure out how to get it back for you not the other way around. -It’s actually why I started teaching myself Abyssal magic, did I tell you that? I thought maybe, possibly, if there was somethere there that could help… Well, didn’t quite work that way apparently. Came in handy other ways though.

I know you would not take it, but even so, just the thought of someone else handling it makes me feel... uneasy. It is a part of me, literally and figuratively, after all.
