But what do you do when it’s 1 am at a party and you’re in a room full of people but feel all alone. You feel it in your bones. As you pass the window and see your reflection, when did your eyes become so sad? When you were little all you wanted was to grow up. And now you have. But it’s not like you imagined. You learn things don’t always happen for a reason. The world isn’t really black and white. Justice won’t always be fair. Bad things happen to good people. No one stays. People will break your heart. You’ll probably break some too. You won’t always have your parents. Sometimes you don’t have enough time with the people you love. It takes it toll. You start to feel it in your soul.
