does anyone else find it troubling to watch “fictional” shows or movies after discovering shifting??? i’m always thinking that, everything in that show and/or movie i’m watching is happening in another reality, at this very moment😭, and that everyone in the show is real in another reality. it’s so trippy to think about and it shows me a different pov of the “characters”… because they’re real people in a different reality. or am i going batshit insane. lmk lol.
