Sometimes, things are just made in an impractical way...like a lovely purse, with a chain for a strap. Why?! To make it more comfortable, I removed the chain where it sits on my shoulder and replaced it with a leather strap, attaching it with D-rings. Such a cool project! This suit jacket was purchased from a wardrobe auction from Madmen, worn by Roger Sterling! The sleeves were too short for it's new owner, Andrew. Luckily, the on-set tailor hadn't cut the hem allowance or the vent, so we were able to restore it to original length and style!
