The suitors begin arriving in Ithaca slowly after Odysseus has been gone for thirteen years and is widely believed dead. They come from Ithaca and neighboring lands to court Queen Penelope.

Years later

When the palace hosts the newcomers in the grand hall, Penelope sits on the throne with Prince Telemachus at her side.

Telemachus was only half listening.

Most of the suitors blurred together.

Another rich lord.

Another arrogant smile.

Another man trying far too hard to impress his mother.

Boring.

Boring.

Boring.

Telemachus, who is seventeen and already far too confident for his own good, sees Antinous, Eurymachus, and Amphinomus and immediately decides he wants them. Not later. Not maybe. Immediately. He points at them in front of everyone and announces, in the most unhinged way possible.

telemachus is bullied so much, he turned psychopathic and poisoned the wine and all the suitors are dead :D

and imagine him going "my friends, what's wrong, you haven't touch thw feast I prepared. let's all dine like we all used to"

then the scene pans out and all of them are dead, slump down on the table, some against their chair, head back, mouth foaming or whatever lmaoooo

imagine odysseus comes home expecting the tale eumaeus told him bout his home being run down by loud and disrespectful suitors, only to find telemachus sitting among dead men.

imagine telemachus mistook ody's stunned stare, like as if his own father rejecting him as his son.

but to odysseus, he came home to a son that turned exactly like him. a monster rawr rawr rawr

then they bond thru odysseus telling his war crimes 😔
