     parties like this weren’t a go-to for the undead wallflower, but they were fun to attend once in a blue moon. literally, as the second full moon of the month had arrived, and all the shifters decided an off the wall party where everyone got fucked up– and probably fucked– was a good way to spend the night.          and brian wouldn’t pass up the chance to watch this disaster unfold.

      it wasn’t disappointing either! while leaned against a far wall of the room he’d witnessed four fist-fights, about seven couples having sex, three of those couples turning it into some sort of floor orgy (or floorgy), and one beheading. so basically a pretty laid back party. still, even with all the tempting events going on around him, he’d settle for simply watching, occasionally shifting his weight from one foot to the other in time with the heavy beat of the music.         that is, until he feels someone getting real snug to his side, resting more against him than the wall.

     brian turns his head, quick to make sure it wasn’t just some creep hoping to get lucky, barely able to breath a sigh of relief when he sees exactly who it was. his breath hitched in his throat upon taking in that familiar reptilian hair, seeing that vera had made herself comfortable leaning on him.       plus, with the mixed… activities currently going down mere feet from them, his mind was already kicked into a more inappropriate train of thought.

               “vera?” brian speaks, voice louder so he’d be heard over the music and other voices, “you good? get, uh, tired of the crowd?” 

     yeah. very smooth. hide that embarrassment so very clearly written on your face.

     "Once you've seen one orgy you've seen every orgy. I don't think these people understand true pleasure, even if it hit them square on the nose like a thrown dildo." She stabbed at her drink with a straw, playing with the ice as she nestled herself into the crook of Brian's shoulder - her head resting back onto him. The snakes, in turn, made themselves comfortable, one - Elpis - even made an effort to curl around Brian's arm.

She was wearing a sheer croptop and a leather skirt - typically party fashion for Vera. She had been here and there during the party, mingling with almost everyone, but since there was a lull in activity she had found herself drawn to the loner zombie.
