As Jac mimes out his response the radio beeps as Nicholas calls in, “Nicholas calling Jac, over… Nicholas calling Jac, Echo has been contained, found him unconscious in the river, a miracle that he didn’t drown, awaiting pickup, over.”

After awhile Nicholas called again, “Nicholas to Jac I’m not fully sure how the sedative will last so hurry on over to rendezvous for pickup will call back in about 10 minutes over.”

Jac looks frustrated having a bit of a tantrum about being delayed.

As anon warps in Jac panics upon noticing their state. Coming to a full stop he rattles off a myriad of questions in Welsh clearly concerned about anon's health.

With a flash Echo shines a bright white as a massive pulse of gamma ray energy bursts forth in all directions bathing everything in intense radiation, lethal amounts in close proximity. After the pulse passed Echo lay still his glow near enough non-existent, the water gurgling by him as it flowed to sea no longer hissing and bubbling.

Elsewhere Nicholas was still scanning around for Echo when he detected a large burst of radiation coming from Echo’s direction. Relaying to Jac about what happened he picks up the pace having found Echo’s trail again

Ok Echo, you might want to get in the water, and stay in it to cool down before anything else. -A/NP anon

Echo would stumble over towards the water’s edge panting and gasping, his glowing getting ever brighter while his body starts to glow as well, before keeling over and landing in the shallows. The water hissed and bubbled as it tried desperately to cool down the overheating nucleon as he seizes.

Something’s about to happen. Some words of Nicholas echo as things progress ‘Echo can’t control his radiation…storing too much of it.’

there might be a house with a professor if you go left. right, there is a town which has a train, but unless you have money, you can't buy the pass, and will have to go on foot, which will put you at a disadvantage, if this professor is anything like the one we know, she won't betray you, so aim for left, and once we get there, we will figure it out from there. *materializes a bit more, looking a bit like an aegislash, though a bit smaller, and retaining the sunglasses* -A/NP anon

“Mmhmm,” Echo mumbles not entirely paying attention as he continues forward sluggishly and stumbling, “…too hot…” His glow becoming brighter by the second.

Elsewhere Nicholas realizing that Echo had vanished is scanning the area for Echo’s radiation but isn’t getting clear results.
