I got the required grades the third time round. I was so happy that I cried, literally. Now I've got the CBT to do now and OSCE to do when I am in UK. I really pray that I can go by August or September. I don't want to be here for long. I actually did not plan for long.

When I start my job in UK, I'd start another blog, documenting my work and all. I really cannot wait.

Why must the immigration criterias be so tall?! English is my strongest suit, but not getting the required grades really dampens my spirit.

I've really lost my will to work. It's like k cannot wait to resign and fly off to a far away country. Not that I hate my job or whatever. But it's the feeling of burn out. I'm so tired. It's the same bullshit every day. Underappreciated, underpaid, understaffed.

Just need to get this off my chest

For as long as I can remember, I always wanted to go abroad for work. The whole aspect of living alone, finding my soulmate, establishing myself and creating a family of my own, is soothing. I am trying, not as hard as I should be. I really want to be not in Singapore, working and having new friends. I really really need this.

I tried the god damned IELTS twice, only to lose by 0.5 marks. It's not that hard, but the grading is shit. I really wish I can get the required grades. The job that I got, sounds like a breeze. Really nice place in lower part of England. But somewhere in the back of my mind, I feel like they will withdraw the application. My recruitment officer, she is such a delight. Barely replying to my emails and all.

Now, I'm going to try for the third time, on Saturday. I really really really hope that I get through this. And also, my passport application should get through as well, so that I will have a back up exam that I could do with OET. Good thing is, my new company is willing to pay for the OET. I'm just in a fix.

Probably, when I read this in future, it may sound like I'm confused. I will post a detailed predicament soon.

Right so this lady was smart, if you’re ever in a sedan-style trunk there’s a little pull tab that you can use to get yourself out that is STANDARD in cars built after 2001. It’s the law just like headlights and seatbelts.

if you are in an SUV style vehicle or newer model car you may be able to find the automatic trunk release wire, pull on it, it will pop the trunk

if you can’t find any of that stuff,look for the brake light housing. You will need to pull back the trunk carpeting and feel about. It’s probably bolted in, but some careful wiggling will dislodge it. If people see a goddamn arm waving out of a hole in a car while they poke along I-95 they likely will do something about it
