why citrine of all teams? why orange? why did my eye not change color like it usually does when i get my team? it was still orange after i swapped. it was supposed to be blue…why did it stay orange?

i know citrine was my first team, and my second technically, but why does it feel like it’s more than that? i don’t know-i don’t understand any of this. i’m missing something, and i don’t know why.
