anyway i just think the discourse often reads too much into all the stuff people present as evidence of malice, like… idk man i feel that sometimes people on the internet succumb to the perpetual hunt for morbidity and will work to see it in places where it doesn’t necessarily exist. and taylor should be able to be annoyed or even express sadness in her work without people taking it as primary evidence of arrested development, imo.

yeah hahahah not something like “so fun” but “so good” although that might be some sort of a frankenbite situation and the question asked was asked in a way that so good would be a grammatically normal response idk 😆 still made me chuckle

like what, was the cloak area labeled “closet”? did the dress code specify no facial hair? did they ask everyone to sign their nda’s “right there on the blank space”?

but at the same time, i think the point of taylor going out of her way to reintroduce matty back in 2023 was in part to muddy up that whole period of the timeline that is very glaringly kaylor. and so im not sure why she would’ve gone to all that trouble if only to drop some sort of truth bomb with a theoretical rep tv release. and lest we forget, on as recently as guilty as sin, she says “i keep these longings locked in lowercase inside a vault” which any functioning swiftie should be able to pick up as a reference to the rep tv vault tracks since rep is the only of the stolen albums that used only lowercase naming. and she uses the he pronouns. so we can see it as something she is using to link to matty to that part of her past, since ttpd was (i believe we can agree) ultimately used to invoke him. for a reason. that reason for me is as i say i believe to be a way to muddy up the kaylor past. which, from our vantage point, she has reason to do! so again i’m not sure why she would go to all this trouble only to upend it all. but of course, it would be fun!
