hello, anonymous! i am doing amazingly, at the moment, as i am catching a flight tomorrow to another state for a wedding.
it is absolutely okay to ask me why i do not just block the people harassing me, and i would like to give an explanation as i know many people who are observers of this conflict are curious to know.
personally, i have dealt with what you call "passive parenting" which is a type of parenting that is not confrontational. in summary, in conflicts between children, parents who passively parent will simply ignore the conflict or do little to nothing to prevent or stop said conflict.
when i block someone, it removes responsibility on my part on their actions. am i saying that people who block their harassers are avoiding responsibility? no. i am saying in my own experience and mindset, i believe that if i block someone, i am not changing anything, but simply protecting myself.
many of the people harassing me are hiding behind an anonymous account, there is no way for me to block them.
and regards to the account these "confessions" are being posted on, if i block the account, they will still post lies about others and myself.
not everyone has the mental stability or energy to defend themselves from harassment and lies spread about then, and that is not their faults.
as someone who has been that person who was not able to defend themselves, i feel a personal infliction to defend these people who are being attacked on this blog, because no one else will.
there is a small group of people even criticizing the blog, and defending those who are harassed by the blog, but this is only a small group of people, many of those who have busy lives and cannot constantly go back and forth with this pathetic blogger.
i am currently on vacation, and have time there and there, so i will provide my help when i can.
if i block these people, lies will be spread about me either way. i might as well have the ability to combat these lies, then have an "out of sight out of mind" mindset.
this is just my personal experience, and i apologize if i made it appear like i am the only one who defend those who are criticized on the blog (there are many others) i just wanted to emphasize that the people defending the victims of this blog, are a very small group, and when these people do defend the criticized, they are harassed and degraded.
it is mentally draining to constantly deal with these confessions, not everyone has the energy or time to constantly be at the forefront of this "battle", i personally do, so until i do feel mentally drained i will be combatting these people until the blog is taken down.
