WHAT IF I MISS YOU FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE?

All people that know 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐑 would also know the most jarring thing about Mr. Justice Incarnate: His theatricality. In his own file and tales, that aspect of him is the one that arguably makes him stand out the most. While yes, I still believe that the "dramatic effect" being entertaining to do is one of 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐑'𝐒 reasoning, I propose another possible reasoning.

The world is depressing and quite messy, especially when it comes to all kinds of crimes committed daily.(Also, I have another headcanon that 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐑 only provides aid when crime is winning, but I've still yet to think about it that much.) Due to this, I personally believe that 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐑'𝐒 cartoon-ish act serves as a much more hopeful representation of fighting crime. I think the abrupt change of tone once he manifests can give the people more whimsy with their perspectives in life, especially the ones who are alot more hardened because of the things they've experienced. I also think that it's somehow an effective way to disorientate the ones who have done wrong, since they wouldn't know how to react or deal with 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐑.
