So this is definitely the worst fabric to use (very loose weave canvas, really hard to get solid seams out of), but you do want something breathable. Then cut out five long hexagons, big top of body hexagon, small bottom hexagon, and five legs of various shapes and sizes. Sew together. Stuff with rice and only rice. Microwave in intervals of 30 seconds until hot, and enjoy your new best friend for cramps
